At Village Automotive, Inc. that's no problem - Give us a call anytime between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday to schedule an appointment and before your appointment time, simply park your car on our grounds and proceed to the drop box located at our front entrance.  Leave us your keys by placing them in one of the envelopes provided and slip them into the secure box for our Customer Care Specialst to retrieve.  

Once your vehicle's problem has been identified or your car has been serviced, our Customer Care Specialist will touch base with you to speak about next steps.
